Aircraft operators & service providers rely heavily on fixed base operators (FBO) stationed at airports to provide a high standard of service to their private business flyers. The EBAA wanted a video to introduce business aviation to FBOs & instruct them on how to serve clients. Rather than a standard instruction video, Brightgeist proposed a dialogue between a business aviation expert & a newcomer, allowing room for humor & a human touch.
